Day 20: Billings to Bozeman to Helena to Missoula, MT, July 19, 2017

We drove to Reed Point and got snacks at the gas station. We learned that every year they drive the sheep they are raising down Main Street. We went to the Montana Grizzly Encounter where they have rescued bears from bad situations (an abandoned cub, ones that lived in small living quarters and weren't taken care of, etc.) They have five bears total. We got to see Bella and Brutus playing together. They were so adorable!!! Bella would toss a stick in the air and chase after it. We drove to Bozeman and had lunch at the Co-Op. It was an amazing salad bar!! We drove up to Helena and walked around the State Capitol. We saw the Cathedral that had very pretty stained glass in both buildings. We drove to the Last Chance Gulch area. We stopped at the General Mercantile and got postcards and iced drinks, but there was nowhere to sit with Leia so we went across the street and sat at the Fire Tower Coffee and got iced drinks there too. We wrote postcards and mailed them all at the local post office. We drove to Missoula and had dinner at Five on Black, a Brazilian salad bowl restaurant, We took a walk around town and saw that there were many events going on tonight. We checked in the hotel and put our feet in the creek that is very close by.
